Profile Description
- Responsible for the review, validation, and approval of general operations of General Accounting: cash disbursement and cash receipt, journal entries, ledgers, and all bookkeeping functions.
- Performs bank reconciliation and ensure that all bank transactions are
recorded in the books.
- Interact with external partners such as banks and external auditors.
- Strictly monitors corporate bank loan payments, updates, and pull-out of mortgaged properties.
- Timely processing and filing of various Philippine tax returns.
- Review and oversee submission of Philippine government mandatory requirements.
- Handles BIR audit for issued Letter of Authority (LOA).
- Maintains Buyer Sales Ledger and Buyer Recomputation Proposal for the change of payment scheme.
- Prepares Cash Position and Projection Report and Collection Projection
Reports.
- Primarily in-charge for monthly and year-end closing of books for audit.
