My last job was with AT&T Blue, my responsibilities included selling products, taking payments, checking status, and explaining bills. I've also with one of the world's biggest travel agency (flights and hotel consultant) before as a customer service representative so I know how to handle customers with their unstated needs, address their concerns, help them to resolve most of their problems. I always go the extra mile to meet customer's satisfaction.
