At the start of my career in property management, I gained hands-on experience handling maintenance-related tasks, assisting residents with creating work orders through Property Meld, and following up on active requests. I also supported the property inquiry line, answering prospective residents’ questions about available properties and guiding them through the application process. As my role evolved, I was assigned to the Collections Department, where I currently function as a Collections Assistant. My responsibilities include assisting the Collections Manager in tracking residents who have been issued 3-day notices, coordinating accounts that proceed to eviction after the notice period, and maintaining accurate collection records.
