I'm an amazing Virtual Assistant who’s passionate about people and delivers world-class customer service experience,
As an Admin Assistant I'll perform a wide range of administrative duties, including preparing correspondence; producing, editing and reformatting documents; preparing reports and; updating organizational charts; making online research; and providing support to a large diverse team of people with a variety of management styles.
I also respond promptly to inquiries and problems within your scope of established authority; handle confidential information; serve as the central contact for general department information.
This opportunity also involves utilizing my computer skills to create graphic and text reports when Upgrade to see actual info addition, I will prepare reports requiring the selection of relevant information from a variety of sources, incorporating that information into Excel spreadsheets.
I have fluent written English communication skills. I have ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment, strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
