Profile Description

I worked at a school here in the Philippines. I have been in the institution for 6 years. For the first 3 years, i worked as a Psychometrician, later on I have passed the board examinations for that field. I administered and interpreted psychological exams for students from grades 4 to 12 and also to employment applicants. I also prepared the appropriate reports for each exam Upgrade to see actual info 2018, I was then transferred to the Administration department. I became the Human Resource and Development Officer. I was an HR generalist practitioner for another 3 years. I was in charge of recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, time keeping and employee relations and discipline.
