-Reporting: It is critical to keep track of all the appointments scheduled, and I will report any relevant updates back to you or the sales team. This will ensure accountability, provide insights into the process, and identify areas for improvement.
-Collaboration: I will collaborate with other members (such as Sales Representatives or Account Managers) to coordinate meeting schedules or convey additional information as needed, to ensure smooth handover of lead & appointment related information.

2. Social Media Management:
-Creating a social media strategy: This includes setting goals, creating a content plan, monitoring analytics, and engaging with your target audience.
-Content creation: Developing and curating content that aligns with your brand's voice, using graphics, photos, and videos.
-Social Media management: This involves managing social media accounts, monitoring comments, engaging with your followers, and responding to inquiries and feedback promptly.
-Scheduling the content: Creating a timeline for your content and scheduling it based on popular posting times and days.
-Tracking analytics: Analyzing the performance of your social media accounts and tweaking the strategy based on insights.
-Staying up to date with the latest trends and algorithms: Adapting to changes that happen on social media platforms and tailoring your strategy to remain effective.
