First point of contact of the customers. Responding to customers inquiries, questions and general concerns in a timely manner. Ensuring the customers are valued and heared. Providing assistance in live chat. Experience in using ticketing system tools to manage chats. Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.

Providing clerical and administrative support to management. Performing various day-to-day tasks in support of the organization, data entry, entering information & documentation into company portals/system.

Recording data into computer tools and software. Proofreading data and ensuring data are accurate and complete. Experience in using Google Suites and MS Word.

Creating and editing short form video and long form video (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube shorts). Experience in using Capcut and Canva.

Ensuring everyone in the community follows the community rules and guidelines. Filtering community forums, chats, approving and removing inappropriate contents (text, image, video).

Ensuring safety of users and the community. Filtering contents (text, image and video) and ensuring it matches the criteria or guidelines. Monitoring users, making sure they follow guidelines and take appropriate action when they do not. Removing inappropriate contents.
