Profile Description

I worked for more than five years in the Customer Service Telecommunication Industry, 5 years in being a Disbursing officer and a year as an E-commerce Virtual Assistant and a year being an Appointment Setter. I can say that I am well equipped in handling sales and providing technical assistance over the phone, emails, SMS, and chat. I also made 200 calls a day and generate leads. I am exposed to mostly all types of customers. I am an enthusiastic, confident, determined, loyal, and hard-working person. I am someone who truly believes that personality will be a huge asset to an employer. I will have my dedication to acquire the knowledge that I need to get better in this job. And most importantly, I am someone who understands the importance of excellent customer service and I realize that most businesses do not survive if their employee cannot deliver it. I can confidently say that I will commit and do my job to the best of my capability.
