I have been writing articles for a living since 2014 as a freelance writer.

I am supporting a team of 100+ members in the operations department by making sure that all relevant sources of information are accessible to them in the form of documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations. I also ensure prompt responses whenever they reach out to me for inquiries and support for their tasks or urgent matters.

I am working closely with the Head of Operations, mostly supporting them with their day-to-day tasks while they are focused on important calls, meetings, projects, or business trips. Those tasks are mainly to check and organize their inbox, update their calendar, inform them of urgent matters, and assist them with some of their projects.
