Operational Excellence:

adherence to legal regulations. 
o Liaise with finance departments to guarantee seamless payroll processing and resolve
any discrepancies promptly.
Recruitment and Onboarding: 
o Craft comprehensive job descriptions for new open positions, capturing essential
responsibilities and qualifications to attract top-tier candidates. 
o Employ strategic sourcing techniques to identify and attract exceptional talent,
conducting interviews and administering onboarding paperwork to new hires.
 o Lead the onboarding and training of new employees, facilitating seamless integration
into the company culture and work environment. 
Employee Offboarding: 
o Oversee the offboarding process, ensuring a respectful and organized departure for
exiting employees, including conducting exit interviews and finalizing documentation. 
Project Management: 
o Serve as the project manager for the genealogy website, coordinating efforts to drive
project completion and enhance user experience. 
o Led and managed diverse projects using agile methodology, demonstrating a dynamic
approach to project execution. 
Marketing Initiatives: 
o Draft captivating email campaigns that resonate with target audiences, utilizing
