Profile Description

Answer inbound calls from stores and customers regarding all facets of Client Credit Cards(s). Resolve credit inquiries on new accounts; Make use of problem solving/decision making skills to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
As an ESL Teacher I teach, encourage, motivate and engage students to speak the English Language. I keep an accurate record of my students and monitor their progress throughout the class. I handled kids and adult students from beginner to advance. When teaching kids I put a lot of energy during the class for them to participate in the entire lesson.
As an Accounting associate I’m the one who is responsible for ensuring efficiency and accuracy of records. I’m responsible for all of the customers transactions regarding their loan motorcycle. I inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas.
I have a strong communication, listening, and understanding skills. I’m very keen to details and I’m a hard working person. I give all my best to my job/work. Although I’m a fresher in this industry, I can assure you that I will provide a quality of work you are looking for. I’m not intimidated learning new things and skills. I keep my focus whenever the situation gets tough or stressful.
