I am Upgrade to see actual info, an experienced customer service. I can do the tasks you need with satisfactory results.
I have handled and answered client's queries and complaints professionaly through phone calls and emails in my past work, sold phone plans to American consumers and completed administrative tasks efficiently.
I also worked as a Virtual Assistant in BCT Creative Labs where I handled Linked In profiles and my main task is appointment setting. I also handled emails and perform admin tasks. I am able to work for 30-40 hours per week and I can start immediately.
