I am ---------- with 5 years of experience as a VIrtual Assistant/Data Entry Specialist and 1 year in BPO.
In my 5 years of experience, I have acquired skills in data mining, as an email customer support agent in Zendesk, order entry in AliExpress, managing orders in Shopify, canceling orders, refunding, adding tracking numbers in Shopify, organizing list of orders using Excel spreadsheet and Google sheet. I can do Paypal and Stripe disputes.
I have also acquired skills in On-Page SEO/Blog Post SEO Optimization as  a Blog editor. While in my year of BPO experience as a Non-voice Customer Service Representative, where I address customer/client complaints, and inquiries and processed customer requests. I have gain skills and also character development and get along with fellow workmates.
Having a degree matters to some company and some individuals. Although  I am not an educational degree holder, due to some circumstances, this doesn't stop me in building my future, instead I have gained more skills, and experience and have shaped myself better. Having the love for what you are doing and the attitude to do better and learn better defines the passion you have for your work.
