Profile Description

As an Amazon Catalog Specialist, I handle the following:

-Responsible for maintaining and monitoring product detail pages and ensuring contents are in place
and updated.
-Case management for multiple issues:
--Suppressed Listings
--Incorrect product detail page information
--Variation Twisters for Vendor Central
--Reimbursement for lost/damaged items in the Amazon warehouse
--FBA fee re-evaluation
--FBA shipment with unit discrepancies
--Updating browse nodes
--Combining Reviews
-Create Amazon Posts and A+ Content.
-Republish and edit copies through Plytix and Salsify.
-Requesting reviews through orders.
-Implementing Promotions (i.e Coupons, Add Both to Cart, promo codes).
-Optimizing Copies using Data Dive and Helium 10.
-Variating items based on their category or strategy for both Vendor and Seller Central.
-Manual addition of items in Variation (Seller Central)
-Creating/adding new items to a Variation through a flat file (Seller Central)
-Case creation for a Variation Twister while following AVS rules (Vendor Central)
-Manually inputting copies in Vendor Central and Seller Central.
-Maintaining Buybox and investigating issues such as Brand Health Issues (price matching)
-Investigating and fixing stranded and suppressed inventory.

As an onboarding manager, I handle the following:

-Overseeing the team's daily core tasks to make sure that all are being done.
-Overseeing drop ship processes to ensure smoothness and efficiency for all sides (vendors,
customers, and dropship team).
-Act as the point of contact for the Dropship Division of our clients.
-Address all escalations of the dropship team, customer service team, and listing team.
-Do weekly and monthly performance feedback for agents.
-Training the team for any new dropship process.
-Act as the point of contact for new vendors thru the onboarding process as well as the main
contact of all existing vendors with regard to the PO, tracking, new SKUs, listing, and other
dropship-related concerns.
-Responsible for onboarding new vendors until they become live on our own websites and other
partnered e-commerce platforms.
-Manually entering the orders for exceptional vendors.
-Communicating with vendors about pricing changes, and other PO concerns.
-Assist vendors in setting up their new products/SKUs in our system through Channel Advisor.
-Sending daily marketing emails to prospective vendors.
-Monitoring order status from being received until it's fulfilled and uploading it into the Portal.
-Managing the vendors' inventory feed daily.
-Updating UPS tracking information in ConnectPointz.
