Profile Description

I'm a career seeker with over three years of experience in various fields such as Customer Service, General Virtual Assistance, Bookkeeping, and Social Media Management. I've helped businesses and individuals with their growth, sales conversion, customer retention, and financial matters.

My first experience was with Concentrix Corp. where I worked as a Customer Service and Technical Specialist from August 2019 to October 2021. My second experience was as a General Virtual Assistant where I managed social media accounts, Email accounts, researched Digital Art projects, generated leads, and did data entry from October 2021 to November Upgrade to see actual infoom October to December 2022, I worked as a self-employed bookkeeper for our small business. Currently, I am pursuing my career as a Social Media Manager, specializing in Facebook and Instagram ads.

Additionally, I am a detail-oriented and reliable person with strong problem-solving skills. I am goal-driven and have a well-rounded skill set. I am also confident in my English language skills, both written and verbal, and have not had any issues using English in my previous work experiences.
