As a customer Service Representative in my previous job I handled technical calls, and also i have skills specially in email handling support and Excel sheets. I have established a good working relationships with customers/clients. I am a well organize person and have strong personal communication skills. I can work with minimal support, and I am a self-motivated person, paying attention to details, and maintaining a high level of energy. I want a long-term, stable job where I can contribute my skills and help you with your business. In any case you would require me to learn a specific program for this job.

I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. In fact, I might as well learn it myself, like most programs that I know now. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I am a person that requires minimal supervision once I've learned the ropes.
