I am a newbie in this industry, and to share with you my expertise, I have an associate degree in hotel and restaurant management, and I practiced during my school days to be a productive, knowledgeable, and skilled professional. I used to be a leader in different kinds of events during college, where I was able to hone my hospitable skills, knowledge, and experience. My academic experiences have served me well in developing customer service, teamwork, decision-making, problem-solving, and management skills. I work well to use clear and concise communication to interact professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and customers.
My on-the-job training experience was a big help in building me up professionally, as I experienced being a customer service associate in a fine dining restaurant. Where I interact with customers to provide information in response to their inquiries about processes, products, or services,
I was able to handle and resolve complaints and also refer complex matters to professional or managerial staff. This is where I believed I achieved the skills I could offer, like:
