I've been working in a BPO company for more than 6 years now, Been with the different departments from Customer Service to Billing to technical support to sales. Before that, I was also a sales associate for more than 3 years in one of the biggest malls here in the Philippines. I also came from a Financial Company to Telco and it's a great experience to accept the challenges that they are offering. I want to share the knowledge that I've got from my past experiences. Helping our customers with their inquiries and resolving the issue promptly is the most important to me. I am a customer as well after my job so I know how they feel if their concern is not resolved. Being Human and friendly to our customers is always the key to keeping them in our business and for our business to grow.
