I'm an expert in audio Transcription. My average typing speed is 85 wpm to a 100 wpm. While in Transcription company I've handled Escalated Conversion by regular agents of voice and or similar wall/space to subscribers of the Voice to text Service.I'm also expert in Account Changes, Billing, Technical support, outbound test calls, address inquiries and recommendations for both Prepaid and Postpaid account since I've worked as Customer Service for US base Telecommunication company.
