I'm a Project Team Leader for Head-Up Display packaging for automotive.
I handled development projects for various car makers like Toyota, Honda, Mazda and Volvo. My main role is to create parametric 3D models and 2D drawings using Catia and UG NX software. My work coordination are between Japan, North America and Barcelona consigners. Locally I have 3 Junior Design Engineers I managed.
Total of 9 years experience in English. I had work with Concentrix (BPO) for 2 years as Subject Matter Expert where mainly I addressed agents product inquiries and coached new hires. 7 years experience in Denso Philippines as Design Engineer where main medium is English language. I have also 1 experience as part time ESL teacher with 51 talk, where I taught English language for all ages.
I had 2 years experience in Facebook ads creative advertising. I was a sales manager for JGR Sales. I was managing 8 ads accounts doing ads, answering inquiries for customers, processing orders, courier appointment and after sales support.
I have 2 years customer support experience. I worked with Concentrix (BPO company) for Microsoft Accounts and Billing, Skype and Xbox support.
