Profile Description

My 7 years of work experience has helped me grown to a better person I am today. 

As a customer service representative for 3 years, I have learned to analyze customers complaints, empathize and do critical thinking to be able to resolve every customers problem with satisfaction. I have also acquired knowledge on using the zendesk and bliss application. 

As an executive assistant, I have learned to manage my time and work under pressure as I need to juggle my task to manage my boss emails, meetings and deadlines, schedule travel plans and other admin task that he needs assistance with while working as an accountant. 

Lastly, as an accountant, I can finally say that I was able to practice what I have learned in Upgrade to see actual infoom book keeping, to creating bank reconciliation and financial statements to creating invoices and receipts through quickbooks. This also includes proficiency in microsoft word, excel, powerpoint and google drive applications. 

With experience and knowledge mentioned above, I'm looking forward to meeting and working with clients who give chance to aspiring virtual assistant to prove their selves to them.
