Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work in various roles, demonstrating my ability to excel as a virtual assistant. It all began when I started as a customer service representative, and from there, I progressed through positions as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, and product researcher.
One of my most relevant roles was when I served as an Admin and Systems Manager for a property lettings company. I was later promoted to Operations and Property Manager, which was a significant milestone in my career. In this capacity, I played a crucial role in streamlining operations. I documented business pipelines using LUpgrade to see actual info and created an operations manual in Asana for task templates. My team and I leveraged a variety of platforms, including Asana for project tracking, Landlord Vision for tenant records, and OpenRent and SpareRoom for marketing. We also used LUpgrade to see actual info for creating streamlined process pipelines and ScreenPal for screencasts, effectively optimizing the UK property management business.
During this time, I managed a diverse portfolio of 38 single-let properties, HMOs, and commercial buildings. This experience allowed me to develop expertise in property management, covering various aspects such as lease renewals, tenant interactions, maintenance coordination, and financial management.
I'm very responsive and very accommodating. I am flexible and willing to work around my client's schedule to build a long-lasting relationship toward future projects. I strive to have a deep understanding of the job I do and the company's vision for remote property management, and I am enthusiastic about contributing to the company's success.
