Reservation Agent| Virtual Assistant

A month after my graduation, I was hired as Reservation Agent in a Business Boutique Hotel here in Cebu, Philippines for four years. My role responsibility is to answer the requests and queries from guests, travel agents and referral networks concerning room and transportation reservations arriving by email, telephone, mobile, fax or through a central reservation system. I create and maintain reservation records-usually by date of arrival and alphabetical listing and respond to guests with letters of confirmation and promptly processes any cancellations and modifications. And most importantly, I attend to weekly PM/PX meeting with Department Heads (Sales, Finance and Front Office).

Telephone Operator (Reliever) Directs call to guest rooms, staff, or departments through the system and provide hotel information and its services.
