Bookkeeper/Accountant

Worked as an accounting associate/bookkeeper for more than two years in an outsourcing firm that provides bookkeeping and accounting related services to US based clients. Recording day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process, reconciling of bank statements and maintaining of general ledger accounts are some of the task as an accounting associate/bookkeeper I have mastered.

Has a bachelor's degree in accountancy and has worked as an accountant for more than two years. My experience as an accountant has sharpen my knowledge in accounting and its principles. I gained depth understanding of it and its full cycle, from occurrence of transactions to providing financial reports to stakeholders. The tasks I am experienced with as an accountant are handling end-to-end accounting processes, from analyzing and recording of financial transactions to financial statement reporting, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, monitoring cash flow and ensure timely collection of receivables and payments of payables, conducting client's weekly payment run and preparing financial statements and reports for management review.

Proficient in using QuickBooks as this is the accounting software I have used for more than two years as an accounting associate/bookkeeper.

Fluent in speaking English. Working for a multinational company and providing services to international based clients, English is the primary language I use to communicate to colleagues and clients.

Experienced in email support/communication. Being in the client services providing accounting related tasks, responding to accounting related quires and providing assistance to stakeholders is always part of the job.

As an accountant, our tasks are not only to analyze and record transactions and prepare financial statements but are also to assists clients in auditing and in the tax filing preparations.
