Evaluates and estimates area and structures affected by the
Project’s Right-of-Way (C6 Extension)
• Providing shop drawings as attachmentsfor right-of-way
acquisitions.
• Coordinates with Local Government Units (LGU) for presenting
the project’s right-of-way, acquisitions of affectedareas and
assistanceof land orstructureowners for proper payment.
• Supervises surveying works for right-of-way limits for additional
areas or sections and incase of realignmentand such.
• Coordinates with project designers for right-of-way alignment,
structural mapping and parcellary mapping.
• Works and assisting with DPWH and PPP (Public-Private
Partnership) for proper implementation of the projects right-of-
way acquisition.
• Attends the meeting about the project progress along with DPWH,
PPP and San Miguel Infrastructuresteam.
• Monitors the team works or the progress made for the project.
• Makes the report about progress update made by the team (SMC
and DPWH) for the right-of-way.
• Schedules the day for the site operations including tagging,
measuring and sketching the structures affected area of the right-of- way-project.
