In 2015, I was presented with an exciting opportunity to join the BPO industry here in the Philippines. I became a Technical Support Representative for a well-known company, where I spent nearly two years honing my customer service skills in a fast-paced and challenging environment. This role allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of new concepts, develop my problem-solving skills, and enhance my ability to work under pressure. Most importantly, it taught me the value of dedication and having a positive attitude towards work.
My experiences in the service and BPO industries have made me the professional I am today. I am currently working as a content moderator, where I am able to utilize my knowledge and skills to provide top-notch services to our clients.
