Profile Description

The passion I have for writing was long known by the people around me since I was a kid. I wrote stories of any kind, scripts and I do editorial articles and feature stories for our school paper from my Elementary days through Highschool and Upgrade to see actual info helped me to become a better Quality Analyst as with it, I can express myself freely. As someone who is assigned in Quality, it is imperative that I know how to deliver criticisms in a positive Upgrade to see actual info is both job and an honor to ensure that in a company, my ideas were asked and were treated with utmost value to improve the quality of the calls and customer service offered to the consumers.
