Profile Description

I have been working as a Virtual Assistant for almost 6 years now.
I have done outbound sales calls, answered inbound inquiry calls, set appointments, did follow up calls, text, and emails and generated leads. I've also done transaction coordination, admin/clerical tasks, in-depth research, and submitted meeting minutes and reports to my clients whom I've previously worked with.
Prior to working home base, I worked as a customer service representative for over 7 years in a BPO company servicing a US newspaper account and as a billing specialist/customer service representative for an Australian Telco account for a year.
