Doing outbound calls and doing some research related to bidding projects or projects that are still in the early stages of construction. And lastly, currently a customer support in a healthcare field. We are handling inbound calls, but also handles outbound calls. We are handling calls from CNAs, CMTs, LPNs and RNs regarding their application status, document approval and regarding their schedules/shifts. We are receiving inbound calls from Facilites too, and doing outbound calls regarding the schedule/shifts posted or being accepted by our Nurses.
