I jumped into the world of YouTube by starting a channel focused on balloon tutorials. Just four months later, my channel got monetized and one of my videos even hit a million views!

In 2012, I was hired as a customer service representative. This marked my first call center experience, where I learned to deal with different types of customers. I also learned how to use various tools and multitask.

My technical support experience includes working with prepaid wireless service accounts. I have expertise in basic support and troubleshooting, including password resets, configurations, ticket routing, and escalation to other departments.

I've been using photo editing for personal projects, like creating invitations for my kid's birthday parties and designing thumbnails for my YouTube content and TikTok covers.

In my flight support role, I assisted customers with a variety of tasks, including flight reservations, itinerary changes, baggage concerns, and flight bookings.

When I was a travel customer service representative, I proactively contacted hotels and car rental companies to verify customer concerns regarding reservations, billing, or other travel arrangements. In my telephone interviewer role, I utilized an automatic dialer to efficiently contact potential participants for research projects. I introduced the project's purpose, adhered to the study protocol while gathering data, and ensured accurate recording of all responses.
