Currently, I am a third-year law student at Mindanao State University-College of Law. I graduated with a degree in Business Administration Major in Financial Management with a background in accounting since I took up Accountancy in my first 3 years in college. In 2017, I passed the Career Service Professional Examination conducted by the Civil Service Commission in Cagayan de Oro City with a rating of 84.03%. Shortly after, I dUpgrade to see actual info to finish my studies while working as a Virtual Assistant (Online Job). In 2019, I joined the WIWAG Competition Business Weeks, Bato Balani Foundation where I placed 3rd among 5 other contenders. On June 9-10, 2021, I completed my Basic Occupational Safety & Health Training for Safety Officer 1 conducted by Occupational Safety & Health Center -Regional Extension Unit X. Additionally, on November 4, 2022, I also completed my Basic Labor and Employment Education Course conducted and facilitated by Department of Labor and Employment- Bureau of Labor Relations. On April 2021 to December 2022, I had been with the Department of Labor and Employment as an Office Clerk and TUPAD Coordinator. Moreover, I have worked in the Business Process Outsourcing industry for a total of 6 years as a technical and customer support representative with multiple skills in email, chat and phone for Convergys, a telephone banker/customer service for JP Morgan Chase & Co. Also, I have been a Virtual Assistant doing telemarketing, lead generating and appointment setting for a Real Estate Investment Firm for 1 year and 5 months, and as an Amazon Virtual Assistant (Dropshipping, FBM & FBA) for 4 years and 2 months doing research, product listing, order processing, customer service, inventory management and Amazon store set up/creation. With my remarkable experience in customer service, technical issues, real estate and financial services combined with my skills and knowledge in email/chat and phone handling, MLS, For Sale By Owner, Amazon, Shopify, Keepa, Camelizer, Junglescout, Smartsheet, Unicorn Smasher, Helium 10, Google Adwords, OAXray, Skugrid, BQool, Glip, Appeagle, Google docs, MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
