As a Call Center Agent, I work with a team of approximately 50 people and am responsible for making outbound calls specifically cold calling as well as answering inbound customer calls. My daily activities include: Responding to emails and phone calls scheduling meetings and/ or appointments making approximately 500 to 2000 outbound calls per day and/ or campaigning using power dialers and tools in a friendly and courteous manner. On average, answering 30 to 100 callback or inbound customer calls during a shift or campaign providing additional products and/or services doing Podio Task Asking important information and questions needed in lead generating and prospecting. Following the conversational script provided by clients and keeping the calls as short as possible without missing relevant information. Escalating customer calls to my supervisor if needed. Reporting back to clients every end of the day to work hand in hand on the Campaign.
