Profile Description

I have an academic background in Accounting.

I am a Certified Quickbooks Online Proadvisor and Xero Advisor Certified.

My skills covered Bookkeeping but are not limited to Financial Reporting, Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable, and Account Payable.

I have sound knowledge of Double-entry bookkeeping and the Basis of Accounting such as Accrual and Cash. I am proficient in recording bills and invoices, categorizing income and expenses using accounting software applications such as QuickBooks Online and Xero.

I have more than 10 years of working experience in a BPO Company for a project US-based Healthcare Insurance. I worked as a Healthcare Claims Processor for 2 years and as a Quality Assurance Analyst for Healthcare Claims for 8 years. 

I pay, pend, and deny claims based on contracts between entities and insurance companies. I validate authorizations, when billed services need Precertification, if Medically Necessary.
I have in-depth and sound knowledge of Diagnoses (ICD-10) and Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) which is used to report medical, surgical, and diagnostic procedures and services rendered by physicians, facilities, and other accredited organizations.

I am confident in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

I am able to communicate effectively and respond to client needs both orally and in writing.
