I’m a Legal Assistant/Legal Researcher/Legal Writer/Paralegal with more than 4-years experience up to date. I am a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in legal research, document preparation, and case management. I hold a Doctor of Laws degree in University of Southern Philippines.
During my Legal Assistant position, I work alongside U.S. lawyers, my responsibilities included processing motions and other legal documents from various dockets and offering clients factual summaries of the case.
On my recent job position as a Paralegal, I skillfully drafted court orders and decisions under the guidance of the presiding judge.Simultaneously, I manage case inventories within our court dockets, conduct legal research, and handle other relevant legal tasks, all under the direct supervision of the judge, in alignment with the motions filed in court.
