As an Inside Sales Associate for a Real Estate firm, I am responsible for setting up appointments to prospects/ clients for property showings with my agent. I am also responsible in contacting potential clients by phone and convince them to take some time to view our products and services. I am tasked to touch base with prospects and determine their needs and timelines on their real estate search. I use the aid of different real estate platforms like Boomtown, Zillow, eEdge, etc. I am also skilled in using multiple phone dialers like Ring Central and Mojo Dialer, these tools allow me to contact leads in the most efficient manner.
