I handled the delivery receipt & sales invoice preparation wherein I was able to furnish myself to be accurate and more specific in the amount of the purchase of the client. I am a big help also in reconciling our database inventory during our SAP system upgrade. I put my 100% work efficiency to be able to finish the inventory database in the given lead period time. I also dealing clients thru email support and call support by responding to clients' inquiries, concerns about their purchased items, and sales invoice concerns. I handle also in the follow up of the tax withheld and outstanding accounts to clients. I always build up a good communication with the clients. I handle calls calmly whenever clients were not in a good mode. I know I don't have a virtual experience yet, but I am willing to learn the new process as a virtual assistant.
