Profile Description

Hello! I have a total of 7 years experience in the BPO industry. Worked mostly as a Customer Service Representative also have a Tech background. It means I am used to working with a team. My recent (June 2023) was as a Shift Lead were I am tasked to ensure agents are providing standard quality of customer assistance for players through email and making sure that to meet their need to provide great service. 
Apart from work I used to drive a Grab Car (equivalent to Uber in other country).
 I also make music and an aspiring YouTube content creator. I do have my own YouTube channel where I am able to hone my editing skills. I can easily work on any other editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and have a keen eye on details. 
All of these experiences and many more, should provide insights of how willing I am to learn and how I can easily adapt to anything. I am a hardworking person and works well with different types of clients.
