Profile Description

I have more than 20 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, and I am confident in my abilities to excel in any department. My career began as a loading supervisor for consolidation in the Export department, and I rapidly progressed to become an in-charge of the Crystal inventory program in the warehouse. I gained valuable knowledge in operations, specifically with import documentation and handling for air and ocean, as well as in the accounting department for invoicing. I also excelled in Sales and Marketing, where I provided exceptional customer service and eventually became a Sales Executive. I successfully managed my own clients from quotation to booking, monitoring, and billing. Despite my extensive experience, I am always eager to learn about the latest technology driving industry growth and to be a part of this exciting advancement.
