Profile Description

A Certified Public Accountant (Ph) with over 12 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, audit, and taxation. 

I worked as Accountant/Bookkeeper in a Canadian Accounting Firm catering both US and Canada clients handling full cycle accounting for a number of clients. These comprise of invoicing, receivable monitoring, bills and payable reconciliation, bank reconciliation, payroll, reports generation i.e. profit or loss statement, balance sheet etc.

I love challenges and see them as opportunities to learn and grow.  

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Comprehensive understanding of accounting and auditing principles, 

With advance skills in using accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, Wave Accounting, Zoho Books)

With experience in managing the overall financials from budgeting to performance and/or KPI review.

Skilled in generating and delivering monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

Knowledgeable in Canadian and US taxation and compliance

Highly proficient in using MS Office Excel Spreadsheet (VLOOKUP's, pivot, formulas), Word, PowerPoint as well managing OneDrive (Google drive), working through Google docs and Sheets, and TeamViewer.- 

Basic Editing Skills  (Canva, GIMP and Photoshop)

Fast Learner, with good analytical skills and keen to details

Proficient in written and oral communication- with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
