Profile Description

I am interested to apply as a Creative Writer or Virtual Assistant. I am just starting my journey as an aspiring freelancer, but writing is my passion. Currently, I work as a Quality Supervisor for a BPO company. For more than eight years, I handled five different account with different roles.
In 2014, I handled a telecommunication account as a Sales Representative but my main task is to answer questions about billing and do basic troubleshooting mainly for cable then internet and phone.
In 2017, I have been a part of a Business to Business account where we process order for a telecommunication company as well.
Come 2019, I have been a Quality Analyst for a travel and retail account. My main task is to evaluate calls and create or analyze a report. This 2022, I am acting as a quality supervisor where my main tasks are focus on analytics and reporting.
During my high school years, I have been part of our school paper where I take the role of Editor-in-chief. Throughout the years, I wrote journal entries daily, gifted a lot of my friends and family with poems in DIY frames for special occasions.

I am very diligent and always strive to achieve the best possible outcome in all the things that I do. I am very resourceful and a quick study. I can also work 20-30 hours a week and my daily hours are negotiable.
