I'm Cecil!

I have 3 years experience as a Medical Biller. I work on claims and different denials, I also have an experience as an AR Specialist, performing Posting Charges and do some Basic Coding. Part of my job is to do some Research and Follow up on unpaid claims to insurance companies, review remits and EOBs,  and work on authorization and insurance verification. I also do customer support where I take patient calls with billing inquiries and concerns.
Mostly I do End to End Billing. I worked with different practices Orthopedic, the Workers Comp and No Fault patient, Physical Therapy, Hospice, Dermatology, Pain Medical Rehab and Hospitals. I am familiar and knowledgeable with different CRMs such as Total MD, Prompt, Practice Fusion, WC Portal, Kareo, Office Ally, NetHealth,  EPIC, DrChrono, Intergy and EClinical Works.
