*BACHELORS DEGREE IN PSYCHOLOGY
*Have 3 years minimun of HR Experience
*Coordinates recruitment activities on local level to include creating/posting job ads, scheduling/conducting job interviews, conducting background/reference checks, setting up physicals and drug tests, make new hire packets, making hiring recommendations, and on-boarding new hires. Position will partner with managers to ensure staffing levels are maintained.
*Position will coordinate company’s on-boarding program for new hires
*Have knowledge of all HR related laws and guidelines.
*Strong experience in managing both up and down the chain of command
*Ability to take care of customer needs while following company procedures.
*Skill in the use of computers and related software applications, preferably with a PC (Windows-based) operating system such as Microsoft Office, and proficient with Google
*Skill in organizing resources while establishing timelines and priorities. Requires minimal supervision.
*Able to assist with organizational training and development programs.
