Profile Description

For Health Insurance Specialist and Administrative support
- Help the company to evaluate the health insurance needs of our clients
- Preparation of medical health proposal
- Assist in the application of medical and travel policy
- Enter information from completed policies into the computer program
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Process and review the claim documents submitted by clients
- Providing quality customer service to clients
- Provides administrative support to our team, if needed
Accounting Assistant
- Responsible for verification of
financial documents for timely and accurate billing, collection, payroll
deductions, posting of all interface in Oracle Financial System, and recording of financial transactions (e.g. liquidation of advances)
- Responsible for the monthly reconciliation of accounts and record safe keeping.
- Processing of Separation Clearance and Release Form
- Month-end activities/ Preparing entries in the GL Oracle
- Prepares Past due reports
