Profile Description

I have more than 6 years of experience working as an Email Support for an E-Commerce company specifically in-charge of attracting potential customers by answering product inquiries; suggesting information about products & services. Resolving problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; facilitating correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution and accurately provide order and shipping information to customers; Evaluating chargebacks, PayPal disputes and Stripe disputes and taking suitable action to resolve those disputes.

I've been also with a BPO company for 2 years and 4 months and got promoted 6 months after from a customer service representative to a senior associate (floor support) wherein I provide real time assistance to the agents through floor walking and/or chat. As a senior associate, I also take supervisor calls if team lead is not available.

I was also an Online English Teacher for more than 3 years. I teach Korean students basic English grammar lessons through Skype and assess their level and make daily progress reports.

I have excellent written and verbal English communication skill with great problem-solving ability.
Experienced in use of Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, Trello, Google Docs, Slack and helpdesk setting.
Great soft skills and know how to create great responses that make the customers feel valued and prioritized.
Flexible and work with less supervision with quality work results.
I am also a quick learner who enjoys learning new things.
