Profile Description

I am a former HR staff member and sales monitoring for a corporate company. As a human resources staff member, I am responsible for identifying staffing needs, advertising job openings, screening and interviewing candidates, and making hiring decisions. I am also responsible for managing employee compensation and benefits, including administering payroll, managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, setting performance goals, providing feedback to employees, and conducting performance evaluations. HR staff are responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies, including maintaining employee records, handling disciplinary actions, managing workplace safety programs, and many more. In my sales motoring role my job is to track and analyze sales data, monitor sales performance, identify trends and opportunities for improvement and provide reports and insights to help drive sales growth.
