With eight years of adventure in the BPO industry, I've had the privilege of wearing many hats, from Executive Assistant to Recruitment Manager, Project Manager, and even Customer Service Supervisor. Each role has taught me something unique and valuable, and I'm eager to bring all those learnings to the virtual table.
Remember those days when juggling multiple tasks was practically an Olympic sport? Well, my time as an Executive Assistant was like a masterclass in that! Calendars, appointments, and top-secret stuff – I've handled it all with a grin. As a Recruitment Manager, I've had the pleasure of getting to know people's stories and connecting the dots between clients and candidates. It's like matchmaking, but for careers!
Being a Project Manager has been a rollercoaster ride, but one I wouldn't trade for anything. From kick-off to the final hurrah, I've made sure that projects not only stay on track but also end up wowing everyone involved. And let's not forget the Customer Service Supervisor gig – a crash course in turning frowns upside down. The satisfaction of a happy customer? Absolutely priceless.
Beyond the roles, I'm pretty handy with tools like Teams, ASANA, Zendesk, Zoom, Google Suites, Kajabi, Go high Level, Social Media, Trello, Zoho CRM, Xero, MailChimp, which makes working virtually feel like second nature. I'm all about diving in, taking the lead, and nailing it even when things get a bit wild.
