Profile Description

I have been in the Recruitment industry for more than 6 years. I have experience in sourcing, phone screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, collection of pre-onboarding documents, conducting background checks, cascading training schedules, mapping client recruitment processes, and process improvement.
I am currently a full-time Operational Excellence Consultant in a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) company. As part of my remit, I work on every new implementation or client win in the Transition Management work stream. I review clients’ recruitment processes to identify gaps and efficiencies. I conduct process training for new client hires e.g., Direct Recruiter, Team Lead, Account Manager, etc.
Apart from that, I am a part-time Virtual Assistant for a swimwear line based in the United States. Currently, I am tasked to do data entry as well as managing and uploading products on Shopify and various drop ship stores including Lord and Taylor, Hot Topic, Hudson's Bay, Express, etc. via Mirakl.
My work experiences gave me hands-on experience with the following tools: Canva, Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams, OneNote), Job boards (JobStreet, Indeed), Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), Applicant Tracking System (Yello, Workday).
