As a committed professional, I strive to deliver exceptional results to my clients. With almost 2 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, I am well-versed in all aspects of the process. I am flexible to changes needed to meet the expectations of clients in the requisition they want to fill. Althroughout my recruitment career, I have an average of 125% passing rate to my monthly goals. Additionally, I have a strong background in the BPO industry, having worked in various capacities for almost eight years. Throughout this time, I successfully managed different types of accounts, including technical support and social media representation.
During half of my tenure as a social media representative, I was responsible for managing the Facebook and Twitter pages of a South Korean multinational electronics corporation. I also provided 3-way support (chat, email, phone) for the largest data engine in their domain product. I possess skills in using Microsoft Office application, Google Workspace, Taleo, and Talent Source. Furthermore, I strive to always provide my best in tasks that are given to me. I am eager to learn new things as I like to take new challenges to grow.
