With several years of experience in customer service, sales, and remote client support, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills that now support my transition into SEO and WordPress website optimization.

Over the past few years, I have worked remotely with business owners and agency teams assisting with SEO support tasks, WordPress website management, and local search optimization initiatives for service-based businesses. My experience includes on-page SEO optimization, keyword research, metadata updates, content formatting, citation building, schema implementation, and website maintenance using WordPress.

I am experienced in using SEO and productivity tools such as Search Atlas, Google Search Console, WordPress, ChatGPT, Grammarly, Canva, Slack, and Google Workspace to support website visibility, content optimization, and workflow efficiency.

My background in real estate cold calling and inside sales also gave me a strong understanding of lead generation, customer psychology, and business communication — skills that help me better understand how SEO contributes to business growth and client acquisition.

In addition to SEO support work, I previously worked in the BPO industry handling customer service, billing support, telesales, account management, and retention for major telecommunications companies including Sprint Corporation and Verizon. I also worked as a Community Education Specialist supporting hosts and guests on Airbnb, assisting with account management, reservations, refunds, and platform education.
