Profile Description

I have worked in three different industries. Firstly, as a community manager. My task was to answer all inquiries and concerns including billings. And then, I have worked as a junior analyst for corporate accounts. I handled various accounts and assisted clients in their concerns or requests through emails and face to face meetings. Lastly, I have worked as an online English teacher. Most of my students are business professionals and the age is range from 10 to 65 years old. I have gained a lot of knowledge and expertise from those experiences.  

I am currently working as a Process Associate for more than 2 years. I maintain and manage the Knowledge Management System such as Panviva and livepro which are being used by the Operations team. I create new procedures and update existing documents based on the guidelines as a PA. I organize data and documents. I also create reports and do analysis. I provide supports to my client snd to the operations team and address their concern.

My communication skills, organizational skills, professionalism, attention to details, multi tasking abilities, and punctuality are the things that I have learned and improved over the years.
